TOA Waters Announces New Refill & Reuse Program to Help Reduce Packaging Waste

FREDERICK, MD (May 15, 2026) - TOA Waters, the luxury bath, body, and home care company known for breaking traditional self-care stereotypes through bold scents and inclusive branding, is proud to announce the launch of its new Refill & Reuse Program for wholesale partners.

Designed for refill shops, eco-conscious retailers, boutique bath & body stores, and sustainable living markets, the program introduces select TOA Waters products in refillable 1-gallon and 5-gallon bulk formats. The initiative aims to help reduce single-use packaging waste while giving customers the opportunity to refill their own containers in-store.

As part of the program, eligible refill containers may also be returned to TOA Waters through its Return & Reuse Program, where containers are professionally cleaned, sanitized, and prepared for reuse to support a more circular and sustainable packaging system.

The refill program is currently available for select TOA Waters bubble baths, body washes, and room sprays.
