BUBBLE BATH, GIFT SETS, & HAND SANITIZER PRODUCTS
Let’s keep this simple. If you’re not happy within 30 days of your bubble bath, gift set, and/or hand sanitizer order, reach out to us for a full refund. No questions asked. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll take care of the rest. Refunds are applied to the original credit card used originally to place the order.
If you received one of our bubble baths, gift sets, and/or hand sanitizer products as a gift, refunds will be provided as a store credit.
GOODS & APPAREL
All of our goods and apparel products are printed on demand – which includes all Men’s Apparel, Women’s Apparel, Baby Apparel, and Home and Living products. That means all products are unique and produced per order.
Unfortunately, returns or exchanges are not supported if you ordered a wrong size, color, or simply don’t like the product. Once an order has been sent to production, we cannot edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details are incorrect, or if you ordered the wrong size or color, TOA Waters is not responsible and cannot offer replacements or refunds.
However, we can offer a replacement order, free of charge, if there are any issues with the order, such as manufacturing or printing errors.
