I have been buying bubble bath from TOA Waters for the last 3 Christmas seasons. My wife looks forward to her gift each year and enjoys it throughout the year. Until this year, everything has been perfect. This year the products were damaged during shipping. I notified TOA Waters and they are shipping out a replacement right away!
