What’s the Difference between a Foam Bath & Bubble Bath?

You must be wondering - “What the hell is the difference between a bubble bath and a foam bath?!”

That’s a great question! The simple answer is, there is none.

A bubble bath is when a bathtub is filled with lovely layers of bubbles on the top of the water. These “bubbles” are created in a whole bunch of ways – typically when you mix the bubble bath liquid underneath running water. By adding air to the mix, you’ll create the foam that you have grown to love.

Similarly, a foam bath does the same exact thing. A foam bath produces bubbles, or foam, on the top surface of your bathwater.

You can also create bubbles in your bath by passing gas, but that is gross. Please do not fart in the tub.

Well, now you know. Foam baths and bubble baths are the same exact thing.

FUN FACT! Did you know that the bubbles, or foam, that is produced helps to insulate the bathwater? What that means those delicious bubbles created not only feel great on the skin, but it also helps to keep your bath warmer for a longer period of time. Wowzah!
